I’m Lisa. I’ve been walking people through heartbreak, upheaval, and big life transitions for over 20 years. I’ve also been through it myself…divorce, loss, rebuilding from nothing.

What I’ve learned and keep learning? Small pivots are really big - Changing our orientation just one teeny bit - Consistently remembering who we are, that we are still here, still being worthy, still flipping breathing!
